Warranty Eligibility

- Original Invoice: An original Homevision Technology Inc. invoice is required for all warranty issues. Products must be inspected and tested by our technicians before service.
- Defective Products Only: Warranty service will only be accepted for defective products that have been inspected and approved by our staff.
- No Warranty for Physical Damage: Physically damaged products will not be accepted for warranty.

RMA Form Requirement:
If the product is deemed defective, you must fill out an RMA form so the item can be sent to the manufacturer or supplier for warranty service. This process may take 2 to 10 weeks depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Please keep the RMA form safe; Homevision Technology reserves the right to refuse the release of any item without the correct RMA form. -
No Returns/Exchanges:
No returns or exchanges are accepted for any products. -
Restocking Fee:
Any items returned for store credit will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Limited Warranty

Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Homevision products are covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty. This covers defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
If a defect is identified during this period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product at no charge for labor within a reasonable time frame. -
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from:- Software transfers, abusive operation, tampering, negligence, improper use, or insufficient care.
- Any act outside the control of Homevision Technology Inc.
Homevision Technology Inc.'s opinion on these matters is final.
Important Warranty Information

Software Compatibility:
When purchasing Homevision receivers, they will come with the latest software and firmware provided by the manufacturer.
Homevision Technology Inc. does not support third-party software, and its use will void the manufacturer warranty.
To maintain your warranty, contact Homevision Technology for software updates, and ensure official software is used.
The wrong software may void your warranty or even damage your receiver. File transfer errors are the user's responsibility, and Homevision is not liable for any resulting issues.

Homevision Technology Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the improper or illegal use of products distributed by Homevision.
Homevision Technology Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of these terms by the user or a third party. -
Legal Use Only:
Homevision Technology Inc. products are intended for legitimate usage only. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms they are of legal age and will use the products lawfully.
It is illegal to access encrypted satellite signals without proper authorization, and using products for such purposes may lead to criminal prosecution. -
Indemnity Agreement:
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Homevision Technology Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, actions, or legal costs arising from the improper use of products distributed by Homevision.

Acceptance of Terms:
The end-user of Homevision Technology Inc. products must agree to the Terms of Use and Declaration of Intent.
By purchasing our products, the user acknowledges the following:- Unauthorized usage of satellite equipment for the theft of satellite TV services is illegal and subject to criminal and civil penalties.
- The user agrees not to intercept any satellite signals without proper authorization and payment of all lawful charges.
